If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. PROHIBITED USES
You may only use our platform for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Violate any local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
Send "spam," unsolicited mass emails, or "junk mail."
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
Impersonate [McCool Retirement Solutions] or any other person or entity.
4. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
Billing: Recurring charges are billed in advance. You must provide accurate and updated billing information within 10 days of any change.
