Rebecca McCool is a retirement specialist and licensed life insurance agent specializing in Indexed Universal Life, Term Life, Roth, and Fixed Indexed Annuities. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree. She understands that financing retirement comprises some of the biggest financial decisions a person will make in life, and she aims to take the guesswork and the mystery out of retirement savings.
Rebecca works on the assumption that everyone will retire eventually, and after a long career, people deserve a good retirement without worrying about running out of money. She believes this is accomplished by having a mixture of Social Security, a pension, a tax deferred plan, and a tax advantaged plan. While not everyone will have all of these, it is generally smart to have more than one, and this is where Rebecca works with clients to develop a plan for retirement income using a Financial Needs Analysis to determine a person’s income gap, and looking at ways to fill that income gap.
Whether you are new to your career and planning ahead, in the middle of your career and needing a checkup, or coming to the end of your career and trying to maximize your resources, she is here to guide you with warmth, expertise, and purpose.
Rebecca is a former military spouse, a former paraprofessional, and a mother of seven children. She enjoys reading and playing the piano in her spare time.
